The new INSIDE/OUTSIDE collection from Création Baumann plays with this idea and ensures "Easy Living" between indoors and outdoors with seven new products.

The collection focuses primarily on plain colours and different structures. These combine inspirations from nature with the graphic elements of architecture. Fine neutrals, clear pastel shades and dark accents create a light and fresh colour palette. The whole is complemented by Polino Prosa, a cheerful, poetic and floral print design that reflects the image of wild gardens in an abstract way.
The curtain fabrics Outdoor Denver and Outdoor Miami as well as the upholstery fabric Outdoor Sneaker are hard-wearing and easy-care and therefore particularly suitable for outdoor use. However, they can also be used in the living room or to create a textile link between indoors and outdoors. The three new products could not be more different and show the diversity of structures in the field of tension between nature and architecture.
The new Blues and Relax fabrics are both characterised by a relief-like structure. In Blues, this is created by a leno weave with partially integrated weft threads. The soft drape and light texture create a natural look, while the weft threads provide graphic accents. In Relax, a striking weft yarn creates graphic longitudinal stripes, whose deliberate irregularity is reminiscent of a surface from the plant world. Sereno rounds off the collection as a popular plain with a new range of soft and fresh shades.
Sibylle Aeberhard has been working for Création Baumann in a creative capacity since 2004. The product manager & designer discovered fabric at an early age: as a child, she already sewed clothes for her dolls and for herself. Since fashion is too short-lived in her opinion, she was thrilled more and more by the basic textile element. What Sibylle Aeberhard – who graduated from the Zurich textile specialist class and was influenced by her mentor, Bärbel Birkelbach – likes about her job is the mix of handicraft, creative design and technical know-how.
